ALMA "File Cabinet" additional required forms:
This year, in addition to Alma Start online forms you will fill out, we are requesting all families to upload a few additional documents into a new feature of Alma we are using called "File Cabinet." These documents are the Home Language Survey (K-6 students; one per child), the Residency Affidavit (one per child), and Proof of Residency (2 documents, submitted once per family).

(If your child will be absent due to travel or other extenuating circumstances during the school year, please return this form at least TWO WEEKS in advance to be considered for Excused Absences for the proposed dates.)
