The Grantham Village School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long-Term Substitute School Nurse to provide health services to our students from approximately October 27, 2025, to February 13, 2025. The successful candidate will facilitate an optimal level of wellness for students including a healthy environment, intervening with actual and potential health problems, and is responsible for the direct and indirect care given to students in compliance with school district policies, State of New Hampshire professional standards of practice, physician’s orders, student health plans and Individual Education Programs (IEP) for students with disabilities. Must be a licensed RN with the state of NH and possess or be eligible for school nurse certification. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who enjoys working with children and would like to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.
