2 Proof of Residency Documentation
- Copy of utility bill with physical address listed AND one of the following:

Homeowner	Recently Closed	Recently Made Offer	Renter
Copy of your most recent property tax statement Copy of settlement agreement Copy of warranty deed	Copy of the settlement statement from closing Warranty deed	Signed purchase agreement Upon closing, provide a copy of the settlement statement or warranty deed within 60 days	Copy of lease agreement with the term/dates listed. The agreement MUST contain property owners name, address, phone number, and signature; and name and signature of parent/guardian.

***Note: Moving in with a person in an apartment will not be accepted, unless your name is on the lease or listed on the lease under occupants. Also, if you are living in a shared housing situation with a renter or property owner, and your name isn't on legal documents, you will need to complete and have notarized a "Cohabitation Affidavit". Please contact the Front Office for that form.***

GVS Before School Care

GVS Before School Program operates from 7:30 - 8:10am, Monday through Friday when school is in session. It is for students in grades K-6th. Students who attend will be in the cafeteria with Mrs. Googins and Mrs. Bailey. Registration is required, and a fee of $3.00/day will be billed for days attended. Free or reduced status may impact the cost.

Morning Recess operates 8:10 - 8:30am, Monday through Friday when school is in session. Morning recess is available at no charge to any student in grades K-6, and no registration is necessary.

The school day begins promptly at 8:30am.

Bus Information
