The Grantham School District (SAU 75) is accepting applications for a Director of Student Services for 2026-27 school year. The Grantham School District is a progressive and caring educational environment committed to offering high-quality programming. The District maintains an A.R.E.A agreement with Lebanon School District for grades 7 to 12 students. The Director will oversee all student services for Grantham Village School (PK-6), students in grades 7 - 12 attending Lebanon School District, and students requiring transition services and out-of-district placements. This position oversees the development of IEPs and 504 plans for all Grantham School District students ages 3 to 22. It serves in the role of District LEA, ensuring that all plans and service delivery comply with state and federal requirements. The Director of Student Services is directly supervised by the Superintendent. The role balances SAU responsibilities with important collaboration among Grantham Village School, Lebanon School District, Lebanon Middle School, and Lebanon High School. In addition, the position includes budget development and management, grants management, facilitation of professional learning, supervision of paraprofessionals and related service providers, completion of state and federal reporting requirements, coordination of transportation services, and other duties as outlined in the job description.

Candidates should possess a master's degree or higher, hold NH certification in Special Education Teaching and Special Education Administration, and have both teaching and administrative experience in special education.
